Top recommendation for adult singers:

Private Lessons + “Play with a Pro.”

Genres good for: All genres!

Take a 30, 45, or 60 minute private lesson once a week with a voice teacher to develop your technique and repertoire. For a second session every week, do our “Play with a Pro” option with a piano or guitar faculty member. You’ll practice performing your songs with accompaniment while you learn to communicate with musicians.

This is perfect for just having fun singing, or if you are preparing for an audition, an open mic, or a gig.

Open mics

Genres good for: Blues, Pop, Rock, Country, Indie, Folk, R&B.

Open mics are a great way to work on performing and meeting musicians and other singers in our community. Plan on visiting an open mic to meet the host and see how they do things first, and once you know the deal, come back and sing!
